E-bikes are rapidly changing the way we explore and experience the outdoors. It's encouraging more people to ride, improving our health and wellbeing both physically and mentally. It's also improved social networks too, e-bike riders joining friends for a ride out, when previously they may have felt they were a burden.
E-bike technology has changed dramatically too with new geometry, progressive suspension and extended battery life. You can go further, higher and longer than ever before.
Our emtb tours are all about fun. From riding local enduro trails, to exploring the wild Cambrian Mountains, this tour has a little something for everyone. Your weekend is based at our own venue, The Lodge, Staylittle. Purpose built outdoor accommodation with a mountain chalet feel, and all the essentials you will need, including a professional bike workshop.

We roll straight out the door, heading either into Hafren Forest, or for Glaslyn Nature Reserve via the Trans Cambrian Way. From here, we have multiple options to head out toward Pumlumon and Nant yr Arian, or north for the Mach 3 and lesser known enduro trails to the south of Machynlleth.
​
Riders should be used to riding red graded trails, looking to progress their riding that bit further on some of the more tighter and loamy trails in the forests.
​
It will also push you physically in that each day is approx. 40km in length, and over 1200m of climbing, so battery management is key, burn bright, and it's a long way home! So that's where we come in, coaching when and where to use your assistance to get the most out of your day and the bike, ending each day on a real high.

EMTB HIRE
If you're in the market for an emtb? Looking to try one out for the first time? or simply don't have your bike to hand, then we have a fleet of Trek Rails available to rent.

The Rail 5 625 is an electric mountain bike built for ripping the big stuff. It features a powerful new Bosch drive system that's basically like having your own shuttle. It boasts 160mm of travel up front, and 150mm on the rear, making it a very capable bike for when the terrain gets tough.
​
Don't fancy shredding, no problem. The Trek Rail is a super comfy bike that's happy on roads and forest trails if you're looking to explore.
